Initially reported by TechCrunch and later confirmed by Shoemoney himself, AuctionAds has been sold to MediaWhiz, the people behind ReviewMe and TextLinkAds. Shoe and Dillsmack owned the company 50/50 so they’ll both make off equally like bandits. No figures were announced, but I’m sure they were substantial. Congratulations guys!
